アメリカ・ニューオーリンズのカーニバル、マルディグラに、Rex Organizationによるラフカディオ・ハーン（小泉八雲）が再話した怪談にちなむパレード”The Two Worlds of Lafcadio Hearn”が登場します。
ハーンは1877年から約10年ニューオーリンズに暮らし、ジャーナリストとして活躍。『ゴンボ・ゼーブ』『クレオール料理』などの著書を世に送りました。
