在アイルランド日本大使館や国際交流基金のサポートもと、ラフカディオ・ハーン（小泉八雲）の故国のひとつであるアイルランド各地で開催中のJapanese Film Festival 2015。上映作品は近年日本で公開されたものが中心ですが、その中に混じって、1965（昭和40）年日本公開のハーン原作／小林正樹監督《怪談》も取り上げられ、18日（土）にウォーターフォードのGarter Lane Arts Centreで、23日（木）はダブリンのLight House Cinemaで上映されました。
